R-69 Hologram Tour TV Subscription & Complimentary Concert Ticket
1. Nature of Subscription
By paying €26 (twenty-six euros), you are purchasing a one-year subscription to the official R-69 digital platform (the “Website”). This subscription grants full access to exclusive content, features, and community spaces for twelve (12) months. The subscription replaces monthly fees. The concert ticket is provided as a complimentary gift by R-69 and its partners and is not sold separately.
2. Ticket Gift and Authorization
The ticket is issued as a bonus gift only and carries no independent monetary value. Its validity and use depend on verification and approval by the relevant authorities and agreements between R-69, authorized venues, and city governments. Until such approval is granted, the ticket is considered conditional.
3. Postponement Policy
R-69 guarantees that concerts will never be canceled, but may be postponed due to manufacturer or technical delays, venue or logistical issues, governmental or regulatory requirements, safety considerations, or force majeure events. In the event of postponement, concerts will be rescheduled at the earliest possible date.
4. Subscriber Rights
Subscribers understand and accept that their payment covers website access only. The ticket is a free, complimentary gift and cannot be refunded, transferred, or exchanged for cash or credit, and is not a standalone purchase. Subscription fees are non-refundable, except where required by law.
5. Limitation of Liability
R-69, 4SAND Industries, and affiliated partners shall not be held liable for delays in scheduling, postponements due to regulatory approval or manufacturing, or force majeure events, acts of God, or conditions beyond reasonable control. Subscribers expressly agree that the €26 fee is solely for the digital subscription service. The concert ticket remains an additional benefit offered at no extra charge.
6. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the subscriber resides, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
